Land, Sea, and Air RC

Summary of my Tamiya Avante:
Upon receiving and inspecting my ebay treasure I found that this Avante I purchased is very near mint condition. The seller informed me that it had been run once, indoors just for the experience. There were two problems found though, the tires and body. The tires are original but dry rotted and the body was painted in a very different purpleish/blue. Since Avante body sets go for big money I opted for Kamtec reproduction body set. I also found a set of tires on ebay which took a while to accomplish. Everything else about the buggy is in like new condition with no signs of wear on any of the drivetrain or suspension. That pretty much sums up the condition because I will provide more details later in the article.
